AWS Immersion Days allows AWS Business Associates with the Consulting Advanced and Premier categories to deliver workshops to clients with content and tools developed by AWS solution architects. These workshops include presentations, hands-on labs, and other customized assets that help customers understand AWS's value offering.

IMMERSION DAY CONTENT KUBERNETES ON AWS
OBJECTIVE
Learn the concepts of containerization and orchestration and interact with AWS EKS service guided hands-on workshops.
- Kubernetes and Docker / Concepts and hands-on labs on these two technologies used for the AWS EKS service.
- Deploy microservices in AWS EKS / 3 microservices (Front - end and 2 Back - end) are implemented in the EKS cluster, through objects such as deployments, Services and ReplicaSets, among others.
- Deployment Health / "Liveness" and "Readiness Probes" concepts will be applied to maintain and improve the health of the Cluster.
- EKS Cluster Auto Scaling / The configuration of two patterns for scaling at the application and infrastructure level (Nodes) will be demonstrated.
